Rôamori founder and director Amelia Ellenstein is a creative strategist and former executive.
After years of climbing the corporate ladder in a male dominated industry, she realized the ladder was taking her farther away from what mattered most. (A-ha!)
So, she left the 9-5 (which was really 24/7) to prioritize what was sacred and followed her inner compass to Hawai'i, one of the most beautiful and spiritual archipelagos in the world, to reconsider her assumptions about happiness (Ahhh....)
The more she turned down the volume on the news, the negative conversations in social media, and the constant chirping from her cell phone, the more time, brainpower, and soul power she had to consider what mattered most.
She sold her house (and virtually everything in it!) and traded a life that fit popular culture's definition of success for the pursuit of something more ...which meant owning a lot less stuff, attending a lot less meetings and asking questions with more meaning.
She discovered that she isn't alone. Women across the globe are feeling the same stress, discord and distraction — there is a longing for time and space to consider what matters. Women are searching for the volume knob to turn down the outside world and turn up their inner voice.
Today, Amelia collaborates with wise women, innovators and cultural thought leaders to create immersive experiences rooted in ancient wisdom and filled with a-ha moments to help guide women toward their most authentic life.
Rôamori is the experience Amelia longed for many years ago while searching for the volume knob. It is a thoughtful circle of women working to elevate the consciousness of women around the globe. It is the school from which Amelia most wants to learn.
